We believe each individual needs an individualized approach, including a plan to create and pursue these changes. In a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere, to address your specific needs and goals, and then recommend options, which may include health coaching, behavioral therapy, mindful meditation practices, and education. Emphasize should include the importance of diet, exercise and a supportive social environment, together with appropriate counseling and medicine when it is required.
