Xonna Clark, MS, CNS, LDN, believes in nutritional counseling from an integrative/functional approach that combines science and tradition to seek root causes, including nutritional deficiencies, and uses food for the mind, body and spirit as remedies. Her primary tools are food as medicine, botanical herbs, dietary supplements and lifestyle mindfulness practices. ‘Real food first’ is the foundation of her nutritional care, and her focus is results; she has even helped to reverse diabetes in less than 40 days.
Xonna is a graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health, the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Healing, and the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She is a licensed nutritionist, herbalist, health coach, and natural foods chef.
